Custom Order Process

How do I place a custom order?

To place a custom order, simply choose the bikini style you require: rhinestone stage bikini, fit model suit, or posing suit.
Posing suits are currently available in wellness or bikini cut only.
You can then customise your product by selecting your preferred options and adding your measurements before checkout.

What information do I need to provide?

We'll need your measurements (bust, waist, hips, and crotch depth front to back), your preferred fabric colour, cup type, side style, and connector preference. Use our Updated Measurement Form to submit your details at approximately 3 weeks out if you have pre-ordered a stage bikini - we will send you an email to remind you to do this!

How long does production take?

All custom pieces have a minimum production time of 6 weeks. We recommend ordering well in advance of your competition date. Rush requests may be accommodated - contact us to discuss.

Can I update my measurements after ordering?

Yes - submit any changes via our Updated Measurement Form as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Sizing & Fit

What cup options are available?

We offer two cup styles:

  • Fabric triangle cup — suitable for cup sizes AA–B and implants requiring no support
  • Moulded cup — recommended for larger natural cup sizes for enhanced shape and support

How do I choose between tie sides and slider sides?

Tie sides offer a fully adjustable fit and a classic posing look. Slider sides provide a cleaner fit that is adjustable. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll advise based on your category and preference.

What connector options are available?

We offer a range of connector styles to suit different competition categories and aesthetics. Please contact us or specify your preference when placing your order.

What's the difference between a Posing Bikini, Bespoke Stage Bikini, and Upgrade Package?

  • Posing Bikini — a custom-made competition bikini built to your measurements and specifications.
  • Fit Model Bikini — a fully bespoke piece with premium fabric, designed for stage performance and posing use.
  • Rhinestone Stage Bikini — a fully bespoke piece with premium fabric and rhinestone options, designed for stage performance.
  • Upgrade Package — an add-on service to enhance your bikini order with jewellery.

What's included in the £340 Bikini Stage Upgrade Package?

The upgrade package includes a custom stage bikini, a selection of stage jewellery to complete your look. This includes your choice of earrings, bracelet and ring, plus a Sculpt Stagewear jewellery bag to keep everything together safely.

What's included in the £100 Fit Model Stage Upgrade Package?

This package is designed for fit model categories and includes a selection of stage jewellery to complete your look. This includes your choice of earrings, bracelet and ring, plus a Sculpt Stagewear jewellery bag.

Shipping

What are the shipping rates?

  • UK Standard — £5 on orders under £115; free on orders £115 and over
  • EU Shipping — £17 flat rate

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is complete, UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. EU delivery times vary by destination. Please factor in the 6-week minimum production time when planning for your competition date.

Who pays customs fees for EU orders?

EU customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rate and are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • Custom orders are non-refundable, as each piece is made to your individual measurements and specifications.
  • Ready-to-ship items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Please review your order details carefully before confirming. If you have concerns, contact us before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for rhinestone stagewear?

  • Hand wash in cold water
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron
  • Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight or heat
  • Store flat - avoid folding over rhinestone areas

How do I protect my bikini against tan before going on stage?

Allow your competition tan to fully dry and set before putting on your bikini.
Some tan transfer is inevitable on show day, but you can help protect your bikini by removing it as soon as possible after coming off stage and gently washing it straight away.
Avoid leaving tan to sit on the fabric or stones for too long, as this can increase the chance of staining.
