Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At Sculpt Stagewear, we offer different purchase options depending on the product type and availability. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Custom orders include bespoke competition suits, posing suits, fit model suits, customised designs, colour choices, cut choices, connector choices, embellishment choices and any item made specifically to your measurements or preferences.
Custom orders may be paid for in full or by deposit, where this option is offered.
Once payment has been made, your order is confirmed and materials may be ordered for your suit. For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
If you choose to pay by deposit, your remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date before your order is completed or dispatched. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your order slot, materials and design work.
Ready to Ship Orders
Ready to ship items are available to purchase in full at checkout.
These items are already made and available for dispatch. Once your order has been placed, it may be processed quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed.
Ready to ship bikinis, posing suits, fit model suits and similar garments are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, as they are intimate garments/underwear.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Payment Plans & Deposits
Where a payment plan or deposit option is agreed, this will be confirmed before your order is started.
Payment plans are offered at the discretion of Sculpt Stagewear and must be paid in line with the agreed dates.
Orders will not be dispatched until the full balance, including postage where applicable, has been paid.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed date may result in delays to your order. If the balance remains unpaid, Sculpt Stagewear reserves the right to cancel the order. Any deposits or payments already made may be retained to cover materials, labour, admin time and the reserved production slot.
Order Amendments
For custom orders, changes to design, colour, cut, sizing, connectors, crystals or other details may only be accepted if work has not already started and materials have not already been ordered.
Any requested changes may result in additional charges or a longer turnaround time.
Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Customer Cancellations
By placing an order, you agree that:
Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once payment has been made.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Ready to ship items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Orders will not be dispatched until the full balance has been paid.
Our Right to Cancel
Sculpt Stagewear reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- payment is not received by the agreed date
- required measurements or order details are not provided
- communication is not responded to within a reasonable timeframe
- the requested deadline cannot be met and was not agreed in advance
- we are unable to complete the order due to circumstances outside of our control
Where Sculpt Stagewear cancels an order before work has started or before materials have been ordered, a refund may be offered where appropriate. If work has started, materials have been ordered, or a production slot has been reserved, deductions may be made to cover costs already incurred.
