Shipping policy
At Sculpt Stagewear, we aim to package and dispatch every order with care. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing your order, especially if you are ordering for a competition or show date.
Turnaround Times
Our minimum turnaround time for custom orders is 6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and payment has been received.
Orders required sooner than 6 weeks are only accepted if this has been confirmed directly by Sculpt Stagewear in writing before your order is placed.
If you place an order with a show date that is less than 6 weeks away, and we have not confirmed that we can meet this deadline, Sculpt Stagewear cannot be held responsible if your order does not arrive in time for your show.
Ordering Close to Your Show Date
Customers are responsible for ordering with enough time before their competition date.
We strongly recommend ordering well in advance to allow time for:
- production and embellishment
- postage and courier delays
- trying on your suit
- any minor fit adjustments
- peak week/body changes
- unexpected delays outside of our control
Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for missed show dates, late delivery, courier delays, customer ordering delays, incorrect delivery information, or orders placed too close to a competition date.
Delivery & Courier Responsibility
Once your parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the courier or postal service, Sculpt Stagewear is no longer in control of the delivery process.
We are not liable for delays, missed deliveries, lost parcels, damaged parcels, failed delivery attempts, incorrect tracking updates, courier strikes, customs delays, or any other issue caused by the courier or postal service.
However, if an issue does arise, we will do our best to support you with tracking information and help you raise a claim or investigation with the courier where possible.
Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
Sculpt Stagewear cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the item.
Dispatch & Tracking
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please keep an eye on your tracking updates and arrange collection or redelivery promptly if required.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, delays, or additional charges applied by their country.
Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, border processing, local postal services, or unpaid customs charges.
