This website is operated by Sculpt Stagewear. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sculpt Stagewear.

By visiting our website, placing an order, booking a consultation, purchasing from us, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or purchase from us.

Products & Services

Sculpt Stagewear sells custom and ready to ship stagewear, including but not limited to:

  • custom competition bikinis
  • fit model suits
  • posing suits
  • ready to ship bikinis
  • rhinestone and embellished garments
  • jewellery and stage accessories
  • backstage essentials

All product descriptions, photos, colours, sizing information and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically to your chosen measurements, colours, design preferences, fabric choices, connectors, embellishment choices and/or personal requirements.

Once payment has been made, your order is confirmed and materials may be ordered. For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and checking all order details before confirming their purchase.

Ready to Ship Orders

Ready to ship items are sold as listed on the website and are available for dispatch once purchased.

Ready to ship bikinis, posing suits, fit model suits and similar garments are classed as intimate garments/underwear. For hygiene reasons, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at checkout unless a deposit or payment plan has been agreed directly with Sculpt Stagewear.

If a deposit or payment plan is agreed, the remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date. Orders will not be dispatched until the full balance, including postage where applicable, has been paid.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Deposits & Payment Plans

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your order slot, materials, admin time and design work.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the agreed date, your order may be delayed or cancelled. Any payments already made may be retained to cover costs already incurred, including materials, labour, admin time and reserved production time.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted once payment has been received and we confirm your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • payment has not been received
  • information provided is incomplete or incorrect
  • the requested deadline cannot be met
  • the requested design is not possible
  • materials are unavailable
  • there has been a pricing, product or website error
  • we reasonably believe the order has been placed fraudulently or in breach of these terms

Turnaround Times

Custom orders have a minimum turnaround time of 6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and payment has been received, unless a shorter timescale has been confirmed directly by Sculpt Stagewear in writing.

If your show date is less than 6 weeks away, you must contact us before placing an order. Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for missed show dates where an order has been placed too close to the event without our written confirmation that the deadline can be met.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

Once your parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the courier or postal service, delivery is outside of our direct control. Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for courier delays, failed delivery attempts, missed deliveries, incorrect tracking updates, postal strikes, customs delays or delivery issues caused by the courier.

If a parcel is delayed or lost, we will do our best to assist with tracking information and courier investigations where possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or additional charges applied by their country.

Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border checks, local postal services or unpaid customs charges.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom-made, personalised and made-to-measure items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Ready to ship intimate garments/underwear are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Under UK consumer rules, certain items can be exempt from the usual online cancellation rights, including personalised/custom-made goods and sealed hygiene items such as underwear where the seal has been broken. However, customers still keep their statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a description of the problem
  • photos of the packaging, if relevant

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, partial refund or refund in line with your UK consumer rights.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered, used on stage, used for photoshoots or tampered with before contacting us about a fault.

Sizing & Fit

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and checking sizing information before placing an order.

Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements, body changes, peak week changes, weight loss or gain, changes in competition category, or personal fit preference.

Due to the nature of handmade stagewear, minor adjustments may sometimes be required.

Product Care

Stagewear and embellished items are delicate and should be handled with care.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided. Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, excessive stretching, improper storage, misuse, tan, glue, oil, make-up, deodorant, sharp jewellery, snagging, or wear outside the intended use.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the website, copy our content, misuse our images, access restricted areas, or use our website in a way that may damage Sculpt Stagewear or its customers.

Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, branding, logo, website content, wording, images and social media content belong to Sculpt Stagewear unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, use, edit, share or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Customer Photos & Social Media

If you tag Sculpt Stagewear, send us photos, leave a review, or give permission for your content to be shared, you allow us to repost or use that content for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, marketing materials and portfolio.

SMS & Text Messages

By entering your phone number at checkout, signing up to receive text updates, booking a consultation, or otherwise providing your phone number to Sculpt Stagewear, you agree that we may contact you by SMS/text message where appropriate.

This may include:

  • order updates
  • consultation reminders
  • payment reminders
  • delivery updates
  • customer service messages
  • abandoned checkout reminders, where enabled
  • promotional messages, where you have opted in

Marketing texts will only be sent where we have the appropriate consent or legal permission to do so.

You can opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message, such as replying STOP, or by contacting us directly at sculptstagewear@gmail.com.

Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending essential service messages about an existing order, consultation, payment, delivery or customer service issue.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider. Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile network.

Email Marketing

If you sign up to our mailing list, opt in at checkout, or otherwise consent to receive marketing emails, we may send you updates, launches, promotions, order information and brand news.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly at sculptstagewear@gmail.com.

Privacy & Data

We will only use your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be used to process orders, take payment, arrange delivery, contact you about your order, provide customer support, send marketing where permitted, and comply with legal or tax obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Sculpt Stagewear is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • ordering too close to a show date
  • courier or postal delays
  • incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • customs delays or import charges
  • incorrect measurements
  • customer misuse or poor care of products
  • changes to competition dates, categories or requirements
  • circumstances outside of our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.

The terms that apply to your order will be the terms in place at the time your order is placed.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
