Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sculpt Stagewear, every item is created, prepared and packed with care. Due to the nature of our products, please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Competition Suits
All custom-made competition suits, posing suits, fit model suits and personalised orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This is because custom orders are made specifically to your chosen measurements, design, colour, cut, fabric, connectors, embellishment choices and/or personal requirements. Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, materials may be ordered and work may begin on your item.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the item is being made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded if you change your mind, no longer need the item, choose the wrong colour/style, your measurements change, or your competition plans change.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or there is an error caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Ready to Ship Items
Ready to ship bikinis, competition suits, posing suits, fit model suits and similar garments are non-refundable and non-returnable.
These items are classed as intimate garments/underwear and are sold for direct contact with the body. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds once the item has been received, handled, tried on, opened from any hygiene seal/packaging, or removed from its original condition.
Please check the item description, size, cut, colour and photos carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing or suitability, please contact us before placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your ready to ship item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- a description of the problem
- photos of the packaging, if relevant
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, partial refund or refund in line with your UK consumer rights.
Items must not be worn, altered, washed, used on stage, used for photoshoots, or tampered with before contacting us about a fault.
Sizing, Fit & Measurement Responsibility
For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and checking all order details before confirming their purchase. Sculpt Stagewear cannot be responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements, body changes, peak week changes, weight loss/gain, or changes in competition category.
Minor adjustments may sometimes be required with stagewear due to the nature of competition prep and individual fit preference. Any alterations needed due to customer measurement changes or preference changes are not classed as faults.
Order Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made, as materials may be purchased and work may begin shortly after your order is confirmed.
Ready to ship orders are processed quickly and may not be cancellable once placed. Please contact us immediately if you have made an error, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
