These terms apply to all Sculpt Stagewear bikini rentals. By placing a rental order you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to them. You will also sign a rental agreement confirming these terms when you book.
1. Rental availability
Rentals are available to customers in the United Kingdom only. Rental bikinis are hired for use at your agreed bodybuilding, fitness or physique competition only, and must not be used for any other purpose without our prior written agreement.
2. Payment
The rental fee is £120, paid in full at the time of booking. We do not currently take a deposit or security hold. The rental fee reserves your chosen bikini for your competition date so it can't be hired by another competitor for the same period.
3. No refunds after reservation
Rental bookings are non-refundable once the bikini has been reserved. If you cancel after the bikini has been dispatched, the full rental fee still applies and the bikini must be returned to us immediately using a tracked postal service.
4. Fit and sizing
We'll give sizing guidance where we can, but fit is not guaranteed. You are responsible for choosing the most suitable bikini and giving us accurate measurements. No refund will be issued if the bikini doesn't fit once dispatched, as it will already have been removed from availability for that period.
5. Rental period and return
The bikini must be returned no later than the Tuesday following your competition, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. It must be returned by tracked post, and you must provide tracking information if asked. You remain responsible for the bikini until we have safely received it back.
6. Late return charges
Late returns are charged at £25 per day for each day after the agreed return date, until the bikini is received back. If the bikini is not returned, we may charge the full replacement value.
7. Full replacement value
The full replacement value of a rental bikini is £320. You may be charged up to this amount if the bikini is not returned, lost, stolen, damaged beyond reasonable repair, returned unwearable, altered without permission, contaminated beyond safe or reasonable cleaning, or returned with essential parts missing.
8. Hygiene
Because this is intimate garment hire, you must take all reasonable steps to keep the bikini hygienic. Where possible, a clean panty liner must be worn with the bikini bottoms. The bikini must only be worn by the named customer.
9. Sharing or unauthorised use
The bikini is hired for the named customer only. If it has been shared, lent, transferred, resold or worn by anyone else without our written permission, an additional rental fee of £120 may be charged.
10. Fake tan, makeup and stage products
Normal fake tan residue, glaze, oil, makeup and stage product transfer is expected and will be cleaned by us on return. Excessive staining, heavy product build-up, glue, body paint, oil saturation or contamination beyond normal stage use may incur extra cleaning, repair or replacement charges.
11. Cleaning and care
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, soak, bleach, iron, dry clean or heavily scrub the bikini, and do not use harsh chemicals, stain removers, strong detergents or excessive water. We carry out a full clean on return. If an area needs extra attention, you may gently clean it with a mild, bleach-free antibacterial wipe before returning it.
12. Blood contamination
Any bikini returned with blood contamination will incur a £50 deep cleaning charge. If it can't be safely or hygienically restored, or is permanently damaged, further repair or replacement costs up to £320 may apply.
13. Damage, breakages and rhinestones
Please return the bikini in the condition it was sent, allowing for reasonable wear from normal stage use. Some loose or lost rhinestones are expected and minor loss may be treated as normal wear. Charges may apply for damage beyond normal wear, including broken connectors, snapped straps, ripped, stretched or misshapen fabric, excessive or misuse-related rhinestone loss, staining beyond normal tan, glue marks, unauthorised alterations, damage from incorrect cleaning, sharing or mishandling, or any damage that makes the bikini unsuitable for future rental.
14. No alterations
The bikini must not be altered, adjusted, sewn, cut, glued, pinned, restoned, resized or modified in any way, including straps, bottoms, cups, connectors, hooks, rhinestones, lining or padding. Unauthorised alterations may result in repair charges, loss of rental eligibility or full replacement charges.
15. Returning all items
Everything supplied must be returned, including (where applicable) the top, bottoms, connectors, padding and bags. Missing items may be charged at replacement cost.
16. Condition evidence
We photograph every bikini on the day it's dispatched and may photograph it again on return. These photos may be used in any dispute about condition. We encourage you to take your own photos when it arrives and before you send it back.
17. Your responsibility during rental
You're responsible for the bikini from delivery until we receive it back. Please package it securely. You may be liable for costs if it is lost, damaged, delayed or returned incorrectly due to poor packaging, incorrect address details or not using a tracked service.
18. Inspection on return
We inspect every bikini on return and will notify you of any proposed late return, cleaning, repair, replacement or missing item charges. Charges are based on the bikini's condition, the evidence available and the reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, replacement or lost rental availability.
19. Right to refuse future rentals
We may refuse future rentals to anyone who has previously breached these terms, for example by returning a bikini late, unsanitary, contaminated, altered, broken, unwearable, or not at all.
